Every engagement is sized to your organisation, so a small community trust pays less than a large provider. And much of this work counts as capability building, which many funders support. We will help you frame the grant application that pays for it.

Questions people ask

How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of your organisation and the scope of the work - I size every engagement so it is realistic for a community-sector budget. The health check and the first conversation are free, so you will know exactly what you are considering before any cost enters the picture.
We are a small organisation. Is this really for us?
Yes. Most of the organisations I work with are small teams doing big work. The The Full Review is scaled to fit, and Signature Projects can be as focused as a single funding application process.
Will this make us dependent on a consultant?
The opposite - it is designed in from the start. Every engagement leaves documented systems and trained people behind, and Foundation Partner includes an exit plan from day one. If you still need me for the same thing a year later, I have done it wrong.
What happens after I take the health check?
You get your report instantly. If you would like, we then have a free half-hour conversation to walk through it - no pitch, no obligation. Many organisations take the report to their board and go no further, and that is a fine outcome.
